The Problem
They had Salesforce. They had a sales team. And they were still losing deals because nobody knew what to do next. Follow-ups happened when someone remembered; which meant they often didn't happen at all. Leads went cold while sitting in a stage nobody was watching. No-shows got logged and never followed up. Proposals went out and disappeared into silence. The CRM was full of data but it wasn't driving any action. The team was reactive, inconsistent, and losing deals they should have closed.
What I Built
I built 12+ connected n8n workflows that transformed Salesforce from a passive database into a self-running sales system. The moment a lead enters the CRM, first-touch outreach begins automatically. A 21-day sequence coordinates calls, emails, and texts at the right intervals, while avoiding US public holidays. Proposal and contract follow-ups launch the moment each stage is reached. No-shows trigger an immediate recovery workflow that sends an email and text, creates a task, and updates Salesforce in the same execution. Dormant leads and stalled opportunities are re-engaged automatically, and every touchpoint is logged back to the CRM in real time. Nothing depends on someone remembering to follow up.
The Result
The team stopped losing deals to process failures. Every lead gets contacted. Every opportunity gets followed up. Every no-show gets a same-day recovery attempt. Every proposal and contract gets chased without the rep having to think about it. The CRM now reflects what's actually happening because the automations write it in real time and leadership can finally see the pipeline clearly.
